To start, simply create a new invoice in the database below by clicking on the New button and give it a name. This name is only used internally and won’t be visible on the final

If you already created an invoice earlier and put it on hold, switch over to the On Hold tab and flip the status to Drafting

1. Connect Your Personal Information

First things first. Which details should appear on the invoice?

If you already created a set of Personal Information, then go ahead and select it from the Your Details Property.

If you need to update your information or create a fresh set, head on over to first or switch to the New Data tab before selecting it from Your Details.

2. Select Your Client

Next, it’s time to pick the person you’re sending the invoice to.

If the person is already in Database, then go ahead and select them in the Customer Property.

If you need to update your information or create a fresh set, head on over to first or switch to the New Data tab before selecting it from Customers.

3. Select Your Products

Awesome, you’re on a roll!

Let’s select the products or services that you’re billing to your customer.

You know the drill by now. If you have the product information ready, you can simply select it from the Product 1 Property. Don’t forget to fill in the Quantity afterwards (put at least a 1 in there).

If you want to quickly give your customer a discount without having to modify the general price of the product, you can do so directly in the Discount Property.

If you need to create a new product first or update some information, head on over to or switch to the New Data tab before selecting it from Product 1.
